Our lives are never truly our own. We think them to be and guard them with all that we have, but it's difficult to tell when we start living someone else's and they ours. There are too many people we love and too many that we trust. There are many whom we give away pieces of our hearts to, and many from whom we steal from. We let them live our dreams and make them their own. We live some for them. Knowingly, unknowingly, we exchange our lives for theirs in return. We exchange lives just as we do dialogues. And just as dialogues, our lives have stories. Stories that change with the characters it involves.

Our lives were never meant to be just our own. They were meant to be shared. They were meant to be lived a little by all that see through it. We live in an ever changing world with ever changing identities. We are blue and red as individuals but purple when thrown together.

Our lives will never truly be just our own.
