So, it rained today. Finally! After a prolonged summer and the unbearable heat, it was a welcomed shower. It rained. Not too hard. Just plain normal rain, bringing the smell of wet earth wafting through windows.
It rained, not like it'll quench the earth's thirst, nor any human's..
